Default Ticking and clicking noise when accelerating

When applying or even releasing pressure from the accelerator I heard like a ticking or clicking noise, if happens when I’m coasting along and even when pulling away from a stand still. Doesn’t make the noise when at a stand still or when the car is coasting and I just throw it in neutral

I took a video of the sound

Most likely axle splines need grease. Its not too hard to do. Loosen the axle bolt from the hub, tap the axle inwards, grease from the inside, and then tighten the axle nut back down with a torque wrench.

Yep, rear axle click. There is a TSB about this. Won't hurt anything if you leave it alone. But if you want it gone, just follow what GreyZ mentioned.

The magic lamp/oil light means your oil pressure is critically low. This means either you're VERY low on oil, your motor's clogged up with sludge, or its worn out and you can't get good oil pressure.

Another repair thread moved to the appropriate forum. No mileage or maintenance info left in the initial post- just the mention of a video that wasn't included.
