OK, we're about as far off topic as we can get. So, what are these lower pieces you speak of, OP? I've never seen a Z33 bumper with separate pieces other than the reflectors. And I've had both pre '06 and '06-08 bumpers.

But yes, I think OP is asking about a bumper that looks OEM without the corner reflectors.

Then no. That's a component of the OEM bumper, which is a complete unit.

But don't see why that part can't be cut off for whatever reason you might have. (???????)

Interestingly, used to be LOTS of front bumpers on EBay (I have one, prepainted and had one that wasn't painted a while back) but I just looked, not a single OE style bumper but one used original currently. Would guess this is a supply chain Covid issue.
