Default walbro 355

hi all
my car is 2005 coupe.
The old fuel pump was off so after a quick search I got a walbro 255(not 355. Now the car works well when I start the engine for a couple of minutes. After that the pump produces a very loud high-pitched tone. The first minute is very quiet and then gradually the noise becomes louder. After 5 minutes the sound is so annoying and you can hear it from a very long distance outside of the car(10 meters). Ive send an email to walbro and they replied :There are a couple questions we need answered before we can make any suggestions.
  1. Does this vehicle have a fuel pump control module?
  2. Is there continuous 12+ volts to the fuel pump?
    1. Or is this vehicle trying to run a PWM signal to the fuel pump?
  3. What fuel regulator do you have?

does anybody know the answers please?

thanks
