I found this in my under my fender Liner, what is it?
I was taking off my fender Linder because I need to replace it in the next few days, and saw a plastic bag wrapped around the top of this thing zip tied off and all. Anyone have any clue what it is/was?
Everything on the sticker is illegible so I can’t do any direct research to what it is. I am not the last owner and the guy before me abused this car.

Not OE for sure.
Does the part with the “accordion” boot on it go in/out? I’d GUESS an alarm module with a plunger switch, maybe for the hood.
Zip tied plastic bag? Was the molex-type connector plugged into anything? In any event, seems it was something at one time but now just an identifier of the PO, Mickey Mouse. 🙃

Cheap aftermarket HID ballast. The two black plugs go into aftermarket HID bulb pigtails while the red is connected to power/ground. Your Z silver? Looks like there's overspray. Edit: Dark is correct.

Well, shoot, I'm losing it, never hit me but yer right! As a favor to me (gave them lots of referrals), my body shop (!!) installed my lights (after I shake n' baked 'em) and I never even saw everything out of the car. Handed 'em the parts(while my car was having door fixed) and said, "Go!" But yes, Dark is spot on.
