I have an 04 automatic 350z with 100,000 miles on it but I dont drive it often as I leave the car sitting at my parents garage because I cant have both of my cars at my apartment, I will admit there was a long period of time where I did not change the oil or keept up with the maintenance lets say 4-6months, just yesterday I changed the y pipe and today I was enjoying the car with no problems, but when I got out the store to my car and turned it on it struggled I thought it wasn't gonna start but it did barely so I turned it off and on again since it didn’t happen in the morning and when I was turning it on again it struggled again so I took it to autozone and I got the p0011 code.

My question is does anyone think if I just change the p0011 code (engine variable timing solenoid) will it make the car turn on good again?
