I’ve heard that it does make a difference - the problem is the 135º turn in the intake manifold’s neck.

But the 75mm TB eliminates one of the restrictions of the intake track.

Let us know what you think (before and after the tune)

Who is tuning you?

Hmm it might be a while before i get it and i won't know the difference since it will be combined with the other breather mods i was talking about so it would be hard to tell them apart, for now, im going to try to get a uprev cable and get it tuned by z1 , from what i hear it seems like it gives better throttle response and hp improvement in higher range

If you have a revup DE, the Motordyne MREV2 lower plenum is the best bang for your buck bolt-on.

Unless you are going to Z1 to have them dyno tune, I'd go elsewhere I was severely disappointed with their E-tune (if you can even call it that)

How long has it been since you got your z1 tune? if it really is bad then what can i do to have my car running since the modifications im going to install would require a tune as it would make the car run too lean

Personally, I don't like e-tunes but I understand why they're popular. You should go to a local tuner that uses uprev and pay for them to put it on the dyno and tune it properly with real time data.

What he said, as far as timing I think it was about a year or two ago but tigers don't change their stripes.
As far as E-tunes the only 2 places I recommend are Admin Tuning and Specialty Z.

I would do some more research on admin he's got a lot of interesting reviews.. especially on the 370 forum. But if all you want is pops crackles and flames then he's your guy.

I can recommend limp mode tuning. Not the biggest shop but high quality work

^^ Yea, I personally like and professionally like Moncef/Admin. I do acknowledge that there are other tuners that may or may not be better. Moncef isnt for everyone - self admittedly.

Seymore I know you favor LMT but it's ironic that you are talking crap about Admin in the pop & crackle department when LMT is the kind of person that knows "what his tune sounds like based on the pops and crackles"
I don't care about reviews from anyone, I speak from MY experience only, I have ZERO complaints about my Admin tune and it was miles ahead of Z1 I also have ZERO nonsense as pops and crackles are stupid and serve no purpose. I told him what I wanted and he gave me just that. Everyone has different experiences with different people but it's up to each person to form their own opinions.

Likewise - direct experience with Moncef and should be noted that Moncef tuned and help diagnose 4 or 5 cars that we built at Unknown Performance and he is helping me along with my issues on the q40 (along with the tune).
