Default Hood exit on Single turbo Z

Hi, I've been searching for hours on end and can't find a solid answer. Was wondering if anyone over there years has had experience with hood exits off there turbo set up. If so I'm trying to find the best place to install my wideband afr sensor but can not get a clear answer. Anyone have any advice or suggestions if you have done a hood exit? Thanks in advance

I want an actual reason for a hood exit...make no sense and has the potential to suck up water and for haters to throw stuff in there...

the car will be driven a few days out of the week IF THAT as I have 3 kids and will primarily track (sliding) the vehicle. I have a daily driver car ive been driving the last year ive been building it and as far as space reason and ease of finishing the custom set up I figured that would be the easiest route to go. I have read of those cons for sure and decided since it won't be a daily I feel I should be okay.

bealljk has a hood exit and discusses some reasons and talks about the afr sensors in this post https://my350z.com/forum/forced-indu...l#post11012737 . ideally 24" but that can be hard on a hood exit. Just be aware that a hood exit sucks to live with after the first week. If you drive the car more than once a month I would STRONGLY reconsider. Just the amount of time you have to spend scraping and cleaning the windshield after drives is enough to discourage me from ever considering it.
