Default P0301 no fix

So I’ve had my Z for about 6ish months now bought it used for 4.5k 195,XXX miles on it

The car had a grounding issue in which it would blow coil packs left and right and fuses as well

just recently I had the ECM fuse blow out and my car died on me in the middle of the road (this was before I installed better grounds) but right before it did that the car started misfiring and then eventually blew the fuse and left me stuck on the road

fast forward to just recently I replaced the fuse and hooked up my OBD reader and it detected 2 codes P0301 and P0102 (mass airflow low voltage )

I thought well ok new coil pack just like before and I’ll be good , wrong , installed a new coil pack and plugs , nothing , I switched it to a known good coil pack and when I unplugged the coil pack wire the idle did not change . Eventually I changed the 1st cylinder injector and to my avail nothing changed .

anyone have any ideas ? I’ve checked for vacuum leaks and everything along those lines already

I'm not sure if im off here but would cleaning the mass air flow do anything?
