350z wont start and has no power
i was coming home one day and i accidentally stalled out in the driveway so i tried starting her back up no luck but it turned over…
i did it once more with no luck but this time there was no turn over and power went completely out but the brake lights, gas cap button, security light, and the ignition ringtone works.
i thought maybe its the battery, nope battery is all good along with the fuses, even the terminals are okay what is the problem im having could it be immobilized? maybe ignition switch?

Welcome, but it could be something much simpler. Be sure to check your battery connections, not only at the terminals, but also at the ground side to make sure there's a solid connection there. Old-timers like me like to use a 10mm wrench, stiff wire brush and tube of dielectric grease to ensure the connections are clean and tight. If this doesn't work you can go on to more complicated fixes, but it's amazing how many times this simple maintenance chore is overlooked.

As a test, I would try jumping the starter solenoid relay just to see if that will get the engine turning over, alternatively, you could swap one of the other relays with the starter relay and give it a try. If swapping or jumping works, then you have a bad relay (P/N ACM33221, gray relay in the engine IPDM). If this doesn't solve the issue, then either the clutch pedal switch has failed as dboyz mentioned (very possible), or you may have an issue with the antitheft system (doubtful), or possibly a wiring fault/short (also doubtful).
Good Luck!
