Default Car problems

Hello everyone I’m running into some issues with my car and needing some help to understand what might be wrong with it. So I just got done replacing my front driver side wheel hub it was really bad. But the last time I started my car it started for a second and then died and now when I try to start it it makes a noise but won’t crank and start. I had my brother help me to look at the codes before all of this happened and I knew my crankshaft position sensor was going bad I just replaced that cause I thought that might be what’s causing it to not start but still have the same issue there was a code about timing, my wheel speed sensor and something else that I can’t really remember but I have no clue what’s wrong with it

What year Z is it? A little more info of the car would help. So first off everyone will tell you make sure you are replacing any of these sensors with OEM ones. These cars dont do well with aftermarket sensors sometimes. Also it would help to know what that other code was that you got besides timing and wheel sensor codes. Check to make sure the speed sensor did not get damaged.

It’s a 2006 z, the other code I got was a sensor in the steering wheel I think, but not 100% sure for a while when I was driving it I couldn’t slam on the gas without it backfiring on me so I don’t know if it’s something in the ignition system that’s going bad or what the problem is

Many things can cause the symptoms you are describing (vacuum leak, VTC solenoid, bad coil packs, bad cam position sensors, crank position sensor, timing chain stretch, injector issues, wire harness issues, etc..). Since you're in Newton Kansas, maybe you should take the Z into Omega Auto Clinic (Car Wizard's Shop), we might just see a YT video on it .

Anyway, my advice would be to have a pro look it over.
Good Luck!

So my codes that I have are P0340, P0011, C1107, B1049, B1065, B1054, and B1070

i replaced my passenger camshaft sensor a while ago I don’t know if it’s already getting bad again but probably gonna end up replacing both cam sensors, I thought it was my crankshaft sensor that was bad I bought a new one and just put that in today, for the C1107 code I replaced my bad wheel bearing the sensor was coved in metal shavings so I cleaned that up hopefully it doesn’t need to be replaced my problem with the right side is I had to replace my steering knuckle a couple years ago and it’s missing the little plastic cover that’s supposed to protect the wheel bearing I don’t know where to order one, I have to work on my car by myself cause I don’t have enough money to take it to a shop to get it fixed, I think after I replace the cam sensors it should actually start up again not really too sure how to fix the P0011 code or the codes for my airbags but I’m trying to get it figured out

P0340 in conjunction with P0011 might indicate a wiring fault for the cam sensor. Seeing as you have SRS codes all over the place, I'm guessing this vehicle was in a collision. If it was a front end collision, there's a good chance the wire harness was damaged. I would check continuity at your bank 1 cam sensor.

If wiring faults are ruled out, then for peace of mind, I would replace all cam sensors at the same time along with the crank sensor. Is your Z a 6MT or Automatic? Make sure to use OEM sensors from a reputable retailer. No Fleabay or Amazon specials, I've seen so many counterfeit car parts these days. If not a Nissan dealer directly, then places like Z1motorsports, ConceptZPerformance (CZP), Courtesyparts, Nissanpartsdeal, among others. If you still have problems after replacing said sensors, there's a chance you have excessive timing chain wear or possibly even jumped a tooth on a cam sprocket causing the engine to go out of time.

Good Luck!
