What 350gt parts are interchangeable for a 2002 350z
My 350z needs new shocks/springs all round as well as new brakes/rotors all round. I found a listing for a 350gt being parted out and wanted to know if it would be worth getting it and using the parts I need from that.

Hmmmm, about the only redeemable thing I can think of offhand. And if parting out, why not just buy the brakes (if Brembo)? Why use such used parts, especially shocks and brakes, both consumable items.
I wouldn't bother, just buy new parts... still gotta be cheaper than buying a whole beat up car you're going to have to salvage the hulk after its stripped anyways.

Depends on the car being parted. Brembos?

As Mic has already stated, you're just substituting used parts for used parts in this case. Why not just sell this Z as is, and let the buyer upgrade to new parts if you're not willing to? Whether it's a used car in NZ or the USA, a bit of honesty with the actual condition of the car will usually cost less than trying to put something over on the buyer.
