350z in Europe
Just out of curiosity, since Renault bought NISSAN are the parts between their cars interchangable. In about 2 years i'm moving back to Poland, and would like to know if some parts are interchangable or will you have to end up getting the original 350z parts. Any help at all is appreciated.

All Z parts are Nissan, and 98% of them are the same in European and US versions of the car. As far as I know, deffinitely different are lights and brakes, not sure about ECU.
In Lithuania, which is just across the border from Poland there is no problem getting Z parts imported from US. You can get a part in ~2 weeks. That is less time than most Nissan dealerships would need to get parts of the Z. Only if you need bigger parts (e.g. body parts, exhaust, etc.) it will take up to 2 months, since you can not send large stuff by mail.
Moreover due to expensive Euro, US parts are almoust twice as cheap compared to the price at the local dealership.
Z is fairly scarce and exotic car in Europe. I've been driving across Poland four or five times last year and haven't seen any.

AFAIK Renault and Nissan did a fusion, each company bought the shares of the other one. Renault uses a derivative of the VQ35DE (detuned, similarly to Altima's or Murano's engines) in their Velsatis luxury hatchback, and a highly tuned version of it in World Series by Renault.
About the parts question, everything for the Z is available in Poland, but the parts cost like 4 times more than in the US, I am building up my contacts with used parts dealers in the US so in the nearest future I could help you with getting any parts from the US - I've got the cheap transport, so the hardest task for now is to find a good parts dealer. By the way I can get you probably anything if you search for new parts - I'll just order them at Performance Nissan and take care of the shipment.
As for the situation in Poland, get ready to spend quite a bit on the suspension parts, specially the rubber joints, struts, stabilizer links and forget about rolling on something larger than 18", the condition of the roads here is bad after each winter, unfortunately the temperatures differs from nearly -25^C in the winter to +35^C in the summer, which is obviously an overkill for our roads :/ And remember than we don't have much highways here (it is changing but slowly), so there aren't any legal possibilities to throw the 5 or 6th gear without speeding.
My advice for you is to buy a nice SUV in the US and bring it here - like BMW X5, Infiniti FX35/45, Nissan Murano, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Commander just to name few.
I hope it will help you, in case of any questions, I'll be glad to answer them
