I assume you mean after the key is removed from the ignition? does any other light in the interior stay on as well?

a short-term fix to help while you sort this out is to install a battery negative lead quick release so that you don't have to use a 10mm every single time you park the car. I have one in two cars because they're so handy. got them at AutoZone. you have to cut the original negative lead terminal off of the wire and install the wire into the new negative terminal but it's worth it.

Welcome- it would help to post a few more details about your Z to establish a few things. What year and how many miles are on it? When did you buy it? Was this a problem when you first bought it? Were there any repairs or mods done to the Z that preceded the dash lights staying on?

This isn't a common problem with the Z33, so finding someone with the same problem may be difficult.
