Default The clutch has a different feeling every time you press it

Hello guys!
Recently I did a clutch/flywheel job on my 350z HR also paired with CSC delete.
The clutch and flywheel were JWT with the modular flywheel and I went with the Concept Z kit to delete the CSC since I was ordering everything from them.
My question is has anyone put the Concept Z CSC delete kit and do you have this problem the slave cylinder is pressing the rod in an angle and not straight like it’s suppose to.
We adjusted the fork itself but there is still quite an angle.
The clutch is almost different every time you press it sometimes is hard and sometimes is soft…
Can this be the issue that the slave is not hitting the bolt straight?
And why is it like this?
I asked Concept Z but they said we need to adjust the fork slightly but as you can see it’s miles off
And on their instructions it looks totally different the slave is way closer to the bolt itself.
If some one has any idea what’s going on I will be very thankful.
And if it’s not that do you have any idea why the clutch would be different almost every time you press it?
And if anyone else runs this setup as well.

That’s how its supposed to look like in their instructions.
