Wagen Works in Arlington, or is it Alexandria?, is the best. I mean the absolute best and you're insurance may not cover it because it's so expensive. Otherwise, Mastercraft Auto in Manassas is fantastic. Totaled a Mitsu 3000GT, got it back, still can't tell anything ever even happened. And the red paint still matches up perfectly. Hope that helps. Why, what happened> ;-)

There's a collision shop in a big blue building just south of the mixing bowl by the big ford dealership that is really good (forgive me, I can't remember their name). I had work done on my Fiji Blue stealth there, but it's been quite a few years now. They did EXCELLENT work, and the owner even walked out with me to review my car. He noticed that the paint on the freshly painted bumper was just a shade off from the rest of the car and insisted that they fix it. I didn't notice it until he pointed it out. Good people.
