Has anyone else noticed that the little parking lamp messes up the HID look in the light housing. I am thinking I will replace that T10 bulb with the piaa equivalents. The yellow it casts takes away from the whole look. The only problem is: how do I get to it. The manual says you can replace the hi beams from the rear, but is suggests that the others need to be replaced by Nissan. If anyone has any recommendations on the T10 bulb or the install process please respond.

 

Once you have the headlamp out it takes even more work to get the headlamp apart. Performance Nissan in Duarte charged me 160 dollars to get the bulbs changed out, I put in PIAA HID-lookalike 192 5-watt bulbs. I tried changing it myself but couldn't so I dropped it off to the dealer to do it, when I got the bill I nearly fainted. I thought at most it would cost 30-40 bucks. Too bad they didn't call me before doing it to say it would cost so much.
