It actually looks like a aftermarket peice.
Wow, nice suprise.. I've never seen mudguards look "good".

I took the rear splash shields off b/c I like the look from the rear better. It shows off the rear tires better and I've not noticed any more dirt, etc., on the rear quarter panel than before. My Z pictures show all 4 in place (check the link in my sig). Also, note that I've since had tinting done, so it looks much better now.
