How do you fix scuffs on your rear hatch area?

I have some scuff and scrapes in my rear hatch area. How would you guys fix this? This is on the black plastic

I have a few from when I had an unsecured tripod tossed around.

My solution is going to be to get some new plastic pieces.

If they are simple color marks, some soap and water worked for me. Now for deeper scratches like rouxeny... guess you either gotta get new upholstery or just grin and bear it.
