Default Flowmaster 80 Review

The sound is pure BLISS! Idle is the same but when revved hard you get a much throatier sound.

I have before vid of my exhaust and will post an after if I can just find someone to host the video.

Amazing mod for the money I like the sound even better than the NISMO. My butt dyno also says that there is a difference. Hard to say but I can believe that 5WHP dyno.

Next is a crank pulley, cats, and most likely plenum (still worried about running into warranty issues w/plenum)

If someone can host the vid I will be happy to post it.
I will also post some pics of the new and much lighter muffler.

Its about a 5,419KB for the "before" vid. Still have not made the "after"

But I do want to thank you and everyone else for the advice.
I was really kicking myself about not going full catback but I think the $800 I saved will be better spent on crank pulley and cats.

I must say I find the sound AMAZING!

What part number did you get? Was it About $100 or was it the over the wheel for $200. Am I looking at the wrong thing?

2003z I did not know the sound was going to be that great!

I forgot the part number but I bought it for just under $100 shipped.
First thing you notice is how much smaller/lighter it is than the old muffler.
It cost me $100 to install since they muffler shop had to add extra piping and also remove the metal piece that used to sit over what I believe is called the "AIIR ruber hoses" That metal piece they removed weighs a good 2 lbs too!
This piece needs to be removed in order for the muffler to fit while keeping the tips in stock position.

The sound just keeps getting better and within a month the muffler should sound even more intense.

I will try to get the vids up before the weekend is over. I had my doubts but I could not be more happy with the end result.

Its hard to say.
My favorite sounding full cat-back is the NISMO by far.
It really just sounds low and poweful. Hard to compare since the sound is pretty unique.
The old muffler is so large that is filters out alot of the exhaust feel/sound while this muffler amplifies it.
