Wondering when you all did your 1st change. Im at like 2200 miles now, and curious if I should do the standard 3,000 miles, or if its something different.

Couldnt find anything in the owners manual...

Chances are the oil changes are for the next owner down the road but it's "cheap insurance". I changed my oil and oil filter at 522 miles and then at 3,669 miles with Castrol GTX. I then switched to AMSOIL Series 2000 0W-30 (synthetic) at 6,500 miles.

 

I did mine at 1,200 miles. Just after break in. then I did it again at 3000 miles. I will do it every 3000 miles from here on.

 

I'd do it soon and DIY, if possible. I did mine at 2,700 b/c I got a little lazy, but the manual indicates 3,500 as the first recommended oil change.
