Any news on colors? Are they adding a new "special" color and dropping another, possibly the liquid aluminum?

There was a post in previous thread regarding a 35th Anniversary Z. A member said that he had an "inside" source that said that it "would not disappoint." Whether this means that the 35th Anniversary Edition will have cosmetic or engine/performance changes I have no clue. Anyone?

Here's the info from the other post:

"I Have It on Very good Source that the next Z will be in 08 or 09 BUT the 35th Annv of the Z is 05 and will not disappoint. Its more than anybody Expects. I can say no more."

I doubt that Nissan would do anything drastic like adding FI or making any actual changes to the engine. That might make some of us on these forums a little unhappy or feeling inferior about our 03 and 04's. My guess is that they add some body kit stuff or throw some nismo parts on.

Its very likely they will boost the hp to at least 300. A dual exhaust will take care of that.

when do you think more info will be released for the 2005? I am looking to buy in the beginning of the summer and I would want to know if I should wait for buy.

I doubt that Nissan will start pushing the '05 model so early in the '04 model year. If I knew that there was a new and improved '05, I certainly wouldn't rush out and buy an '04. The dealers that "know" about the new and improved '05 just want you to keep coming back to the showroom.
