Yes I'd do it all over again. The only thing that I'd change would be that I'd go with the enthusiast over the base. That would be my only change.
Even after owning the Z for 6 months, I still find any reason to take her out for a spin

Default No Way - I tried to look the other way

I love the car...

I love the color...

I love the power...

But my Z is like a high maintence girlfriend (see below). So if I were to do this all over again - I would have sooner lost my $500.00 deposit than deal with the feathering headache.

I really wanted this to work or I wouldn't have plunked down 7k at signning.

Yes I would do it again. I've had no problems with her whatsoever. I wouldn't hesitate.

fairladyZ in Japan said this - "Reason for doing it again is.. the Z is best sports car for the price with unequaled styling and plenty of available new mods..."

Couldn't have said it better myself. Works in Japan; works in Oklahoma!

I would do it again in heartbeat...I've been crazy about affordable Japanese sports cars ever since I was a kid, and finally being able to own one has been too awesome for words. As for mechanical problems, I haven't had a single issue in over 14,000 miles.

I would wait until the 2nd or 3rd year of production, The bugs the car has had are far worse than I ever experience with any of the other 1st year Nissan's I have owned. A major reason for hesitating would also be the way Nissan has failed to resolve, to date, the feathering issue.
