I have redline synthetic oil and lube in my engine, tranny and differential. Can't really notice the difference in the engine oil, but the tranny oil has definitely made it quieter and smoother shifting.

Highly recommended.

Redline is very popular with the Miata turbo crowd.

I use Redline 75w90 gear oil in the NISMO diff... really took care of the grinding noises.

I also use Redline synthetic in the engine... I think I used 10w30 at the last change??? but I can't remember.
