Default There's going to be a huge rush!

I have noticed that in the last weeks there has been a slow but definite increase in the number of people on the board who are looking for dealerships that have pre-order slots still available.

Can any of you imagine what it will be like here when the specs and advertising starts? It could be a madhouse of activity here with all those people who have just seen or heard about the car.

And all we are going to do is tell them we're sorry but we got ours coming...hehehehe. Not that i would rub it in or anything like that. (Or would I?)

After hearing the comments I may have to rethink my position on this whole gloating thing. Seems like taking the high road may not be the way to go.
Although i must admit..its going to feel real goooood posting pics of me sitting in my Z.

Do not even think about gloating. The boat that our pre-orders are arriving on might sink.

Default I totally agree with Zbarrister.

While not completely stealthy, I think calling Nissan's reintroduction of the Z as Low Key would be an overstatement.

I think the preorder campaign is brilliant. We, the initial owners, we will be huge part of the early ad campaign. With only a few dozen cars available in major metropolitan areas, sightings of the Z will become the stuff of urban legends.

Unless the economy tanks even further, I believe demand for the Z will reach a fervor by early next year. One of the toughest decisions we all may face is how to handle our "investment".

Default Isn't it strange

I think I saw on this site there is an "embago" on media
information on the Z car till July.

As production starts it seems more news would be leeking out.

But I guess something is happening if interest is increasing!!

I guess I hope there are some jealous observers!!

I will be very jealous seeing people drive around in their new Zs'. But I am biting my tongue and waiting for a year so they get rid of all the bugs. That is, if there are any . I know my car now is not nearly as high quality as the Z. But this experience with a first year production car has been somewhat discouraging.

I hope everyone here receives a flawless vehicle. And damn u all....... uh well......because u'll have one and I won’t lol.

Take er easy!
