Well, I sent my Z to ket the key damage fixed. Allstate paid for a brand new maxima. I was kinda excited to check out yet another iteration of the venerable VQ (my wife drives an FX35).

8 Days in a Max had me longing for my Z. The FF tourque steer, the poor traction. The crazy body roll, howling tires, muted asthmatic sounding VQ hidden below...

Oh but the worst was that awful, low quality dash. After that I cant believe that critics call the Z's interior cheap. Granted the max didnt have leather, but it was just....poor.


Either way, before I gave my Z up I was starting to think that maybe a 911Carerra might *really* be worth $50K more.

Getting back in the Z I can truly appreciate her once again for how great she truly is.

Ladies and Gentlemen...Respect and cherish your Z's.

Had a minor wreck....I am on day number 19 without my Z and counting the seconds until I get her back. I know I will have a new appreciation for the Z.

 

I went a month without my Z. Almost felt like I didnt own one.
When I finally got it back it was like I just bought it and was driving it for the first time

Totally agree. I don't understand how people can call the interior cheap looking . Everyone i know thinks the interior is one of the nicest parts of the car.
