Default Aerodynamics package . . .

I opted out on the Aerodynamics package when I pre-ordered my Z simply because I couldn't see what it would look like beforehand. My experience is that usually things like that are "hit or miss" when it comes to style, and since I like the way it looks without one I figured I'd be fine. But now as arrival-day slowly approaches I am starting to wonder what it looks like. Does anyopne have ANY information on this beast? It says "front chin deflector and rear spoiler" so I wonder if they look good. Anyways, can't wait for my Z. My only gripe is that I don't think the stereo (Bose on my touring) will be able to play MP3 and probably won't have a whole lot of room for expansion (although I think alpine has a new head unit that is made for the 350Z) which kinda blows. I was really hoping for one of those CD players that could play MP3-CDRs. Oh well. I suppose I could care less about trunk space! Hehe.

I changed my order after seeing the rear spoiler on the blue Daytona in the links. What can I say I didn't do it either, but I got it figured out eventually.

Default Aero

So people are yea or nay on the aero package? $500 seems like a lot to pay for that little wing on the back. I'm not even sure I like the way it looks. I didn't even notice that some of the cars had it and some didn't.

Seems this would be a very easy option to add later.

Waiting to see?

I chose not to get the aero. Just personal taste. I'm curious to see what kind of aftermarket stuff becomes available.

Default Front wing . . .

So that is the rear wing, but what about the front one? Is there something I am missing?

Default Hmm . . .

That little thing underneath the front? Oh well, that plus the rear spoiler I doubt is worth the $500. I think I will stay with my decision to opt out on that. Anyways, thanks guys!

Default Aerodynamics pkg.

FYI:

The Front Chin Aero Deflector can be purchased by itself for $40.00. It is available through the vehicle processing center Port installation program. I ordered this option when I pre-ordered the car.

What they don't tell you far outweighs what they do tell you!

Also available:

18 inch Chrome Wheels $1,600
Door edge guards 34 color matched
Nose mask 102
Rear Spoiler alone 399
Wheel Locks 28
6 Disc CD changer 348
Installation kit for above 44
Luggage, made to fit 440
Car cover 212

Just ask firmly.

shoalhaven,
How can I contact those folks? I'm interested in seeing what the luggage looks like.

Nose mask? Is that simply a $100 bra?
And the door edge guards - a plastic cover for the edge of YOUR doors, correct? Not for protection from another car door?

$212 for a car cover... that sounds kinda un-cheap.
