So, if I understand the discussion correctly, a Borla exhaust would void my exhaust warranty, correct?

Of course, because your stock exhaust won't be on there anymore

some after market parts have their own warrenty...

that is something to look for too...

stillen exhausts have a warrenty of their own...

tein does.... etc.. etc...

etc... etc...
