Location of clutch cylinder drain valve?

Location of clutch cylinder drain valve?

Where is it? I'd like to drain and replace my clutch fluid, but I can't find the nipple. Can anyone describe its location?

It's right above the Bango fitting for the flex line. It may be hard to see from below.

Forgive my ignorance... do you acess it through the little plastic hatch on the driver's side of the engine bay? Or, do you need to go under the car to get to it?
