I have gotta get me an xbox. Right now all I have is a PS2, but that game is not offered on PS2. Thinking of getting the xbox just for that game.
Gran Turismo 4 is coming out this summer, but I's pretty sure they won't have BMW M cars, Porsches (only RUF), or some of the other kick-*** cars listed in PG2.

PGR2 is pretty awesome... best when you can play it on a big screen with 2 or 3 other people!
Yes, there is a 350Z in and, as with all the cars, you have stock color choices.... yes, you can drive a Brickyard 350Z in the game!

NFSU is on the Xbox too, you just can't play it online. Midnight Club II was fun as hell until NFSU came out. But if you're going to get a system for racing games, the GT series is definitely better than the PGR series.
I've never actually purchased a system for one game, but there's usually one game that finally makes my decision.

I went out today and bought an Xbox as well as PGR2 and Hitman 2. Not worth it in my opinion. I will be returning everything tomorrow. Think i'll just wait for GT4 to come out in November. Besdies, I realized I don't have enough spare time to buy a second gaming system and still make it worthwhile.

....for your health
PGR2 rocks- but you have to have Xbox Live- the multiplayer is the best part of PGR2 by far.
Backagain or anyone else who play on Live- look for me online. I'm usually on late afternoon. SN: failsaf3.

Can't wait for GT 4 to come out as well. I heard it should be out in October. Another great online game is Socom II, as you can see from my avatar. If anyone plays Socom online PM me & we can hook up.

Wheel or not?
Do you guys use a wheel for these games? If so, which one? I think it would be easier that the pad. MM3 is a blast to play on Live.
Thanks,

I've played a few of the PS2 games and the only one I think exceeds PGR2 is GT3 (and soon, GT4 no doubt!). There are few others that are on the same level as PGR2, tho.
I will say that PGR2 is 100 times more fun if you play multiplayer or online, tho. I guess I'll have to hit Xbox Live more in the future. It's gotten to the point where my friends won't race me in multiplayer mode unless I take a class of car much lower than them to equal out the race!

I just went out the other day and bought Sega GT2002 (old game), but it was only $5.99 used I couldn't pass it up. There is a 350Z in it and it even SOUNDS like the 350Z. It is a pretty decent game, I would say comparable to GT1. I was very surprised.
How is Project Gotham Racing? Is it a simulation game or an arcade style game? Seems like you all like it.

Speaking of amazing prices on games, I visited ebay the other day and searched for some games on there and all I can say is that its amazing the prices and selection out there. I have no idea why I never thought of checking ebay for my games, but from now on my games will only be purchased from ebay as you can get a much better deal, in most times exceeding 50% off store prices.
