i took it off but man it looks bad cuz not only r the holes good size but its not even smooth, they kinda stick out... so i just put it back on, but eventually i wanna take it off.

 

The white clips are just sitting in the bumper, and they are now painted over b/c I got the dealer to fix the gouges that the plate screws caused to the bumper (other than the holes). Another thread mentioned the use of nylon plugs (painted) that work well to cover the holes, and there is always bumperplugs.com
