I live in metro Atlanta, I'm 55, no accidents or tickets, and I pay $1410 a year for my 350ZR with State Farm. Now I have 5 other vehicles and two homes insured with them, so I'm supposedly getting a discount at that price. But my next highest premium is on my Ram pickup, and it is only $435 a year. I guess they figure that a sports car is just a much higher risk.
(They're probably right too, I've found myself driving much more aggressively with the Z. It just doesn't *want* to be driven in full observance of the legal limits.)
Before I got my Z I had two vehicles (88 4runner, 91' MR2) on the policy and paid just over $300.00/yr, now I have all 3 vehicles on the policy and pay $939.00 for all. Below is my online Geico

Congratulations on the purchase of your new vehicle! As you requested, I added your 2004 Nissan
350Z to your policy. Your new six-month premium is $469.50. This is an increase of $309.80 per six-months.
All you people near the PA border need to move over.
