Good luck and welcome!

Welcome. I am almost to the 1200 mile mark and it has been hard keeping it under 4k. You will love this car.

COngrats man, but I'd have to correct you, when you bought your z is not the best day of your life, but merely the best decision of your life.

Yesterday was the best day of your life, today is now the best day of your life, and tomorrow will be the best day of your life.

Every day you wake up and turn the key to hear that exhaust note saying "I missed you" is something great. Its tough to have a bad day when you drive such a cool car

1st, 2 words: Clear Bra!

2nd: Read thread: "New 350Z owners, read this before doing any modifications to your Z".

Goos luck, Jeff - zland

Congrats man.. I've been driving manual tranny's all my life like you and I too found this one a little bit rough in the beginning.. The clutch seems all on or off..slipping was hard.. but I got 3K miles on it now and the engagement and whole driving experience has gotten MUCH smoother..

good luck and let the modding begin

I ordered a Chrome Silver Manual transmission Z two weeks ago, and I officially finished the paperwork on it yesterday. It'll be here Tuesday, I can't wait.

Can you explain what you mean exactly by the 1200 mile break-in period?

My Z will only be driven on weekends and maybe evenings when I am not driving my Titan company truck.

What is the most valuable advice you wish someone gave you when you first bought your Z?
