Nissan called today to say Bose fix is on the way
Got a call from Nissan (Steve) this afternoon to say that a fix is definitely in work. This is response to my call of a few weeks ago. Still no specifics as to what exactly will be replaced, what the problem exactly was, when it we be available, method for recall, etc. He did however acknowledge that Nissan has officially acknowledged that there is a problem. Prior to this they would just say they were looking in to it. I forgot the term he used "Service Tech Order" or something like that but the dealer or Nissan would be notifying owners probably in a couple of months.
