NOTHING can ruin my day!
Congrats on your new ride!!! It's certainly understandable to want to be there to peel the plastic off such a great car. Only if you save that plastic in a scrap book are you in trouble - scrap books are too easily stolen and a target for plastic eating moths.

Well, after almost nine months of waiting (plus a few years of unofficial lusting before that), my day of justice has finally come.
I won't repeat all of the superlatives which have been expressed by our members, but this car is REALLY everything they said it would be. I'm proud and honored to finally be among the select few who can call themselves Z owners.
I even had the honor of peeling the plastic off my own car today. Combine that with me also having the honor of seeing my car arrive in Port Newark (and sitting in it at the dock), and I'd say I had a very successful (and unique) Z experience. Some people at work branded me as officially nuts, but then again they'll just never understand...
I'm so damn happy, words escape me right now. I think I'll go down to the garage and just ogle for a while.

I'm up to 2300 miles...did my first autox in the car last weekend...it is truly incredible! Just wait until you really get to drive it!

Congratulations!
It's ALL about the journey NOT the destination when you own this car.
One more month of waiting for me - you lucky dog.
By the way, <lol><lol><lol> you're "location" comment under your avatar is a rip...that IS funny.
I don't care where you live. The scenary from a new Z is going to be beautiful no matter where you are.
Enjoy yourself,
