At the dealer I work they replace the washer on every oil change and dont think they cost much 'cause the tech got them all over the place. Good luck!!

Problem fixed. The screw at the bottom of the "oil tub" was not closed all the way. Only 1 quart of oil was lost, so no engine damage.
