I hope you guys can help me out. I have on my car “certificate of title” under owner my name and address. Is it the proof that I paid the car cash and that I didn’t lease the car? I mean If I had leased the car would there be the address form the leasing company?

Typically if you lease a car the leasing company is the name on the title, and if you are buying the car the Loan company will have their name in the lien holder section of the title. If you paid cash then your title should be in your name with no lien holders.
