The TSB says Nissan service is to replace the noise-making rear axle(s) on under-warranty 350Zs. Watch out for wiseguys like my dealership which only cleaned, greased and replaced the old ones.

After reading the TSB and reviewing my service warranty receipts, needless to say, I was pissed. I called the service dept. back and the sheepish agent asked if I had a copy of the TSB. "Right in front of me," I told him.

New appointment is this week to REPLACE the axles this time. Also, I received in the mail a request to make an appointment for Nissan's warranty extension on front alignment/possible replacement of worn front tires from road buzz.

Thanks dude, i'm gonna take this puppy right to the dealership where the guy claimed he couldn't hear it, i even gave him a ride in it, he was like, oh yeah, but then he said he couldn't duplicate the noise with the mechanic etc. b.s. blah blah blah.
