Guess I'm the old guy, at 51. Bought the '08 Z (Carbon Silver, Base, 6MT) a few months ago - my first Japanese car. My first cars at 16 were a '69 Jaguar XK-E, and a '67 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA. I've currently got 3 Alfa Spider Veloce's - '74, '87, and '92. I've had several BMW's in the mix, too, including an M3 and M5, but I prefer the "classic" sports cars to anything else. The Z makes a nice, safe daily driver, and there's no denying it's a blast to drive.

Wow! That's a pretty impressive line up. What made you choose a Z after that long history with European cars?

Air conditioning (I'm in Florida), safety, and as mentioned, the Z is a blast to drive. I really do need a Quaife LSD, though. What was Nissan thinking when they put an open diff in such a powerful car? I can see selling a base car without leather, bluetooth, cruise control, etc., but no LSD is a safety issue, I think.
im 18 years old with a really good job make enough money to bought myself 3 months ago a used 06 350z with 30k miles, i;m paying for it but my dad for my birthday gave me a twin turbo kit and pay for labor.... so im 18 driving one of the fastes Z in south fl

i didn't rebuilt the full engine i just changed the spark plugs, forged pistons, kinetix plenum, and throttle body. when i dyno the car like 3 months ago i got 413 rwhp @ 10psi. i love my car it's fast enough for me.
