Wondering about the age of our Z owners

I would like to make it clear that I have the utmost respect for the military and was not bashing everyone in it or the service itself. My point was, not everyone in the military is automatically deserving respect.
As I've said before I myself tried to enlist when I was in my 20's.

Need back up here can't patrol these 18 year olds with mortgages, flashy cars, and mad dough outside of the Z forums: http://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php...ic=768443&st=0
Also, leave the military guys alone please - we go to war, come back and want to have fun before we get into the sh*t all over again so most military folks splurge on useless things. Most learn, some don't and from service member to service member. No medals, no decorations entitle any of us to automatic respect with civilians. It's our experience and no-one else's. Personally, I don't talk about my time in the military with anyone other then my fellow service members. Most civilians just don't get what we go through and I like to keep it that way.

I got mine just before I turned 20. My dad helped me out with the down payment, I paid the note.
Obviously I wasn't one of the usual young owners at the time... I'm still alive and learned most of what I know from researching.
No bragging from me

Is proof of ownership a requirement to be able to correctly say that you bought something? Yes it is.
If you don't have the title in hand you don't own anything. You are driving around in the bank's car. Pretty basic concept to me.

So I can't say I am a homeowner then either, huh? Not many people pay cash for a house. And not all that many pay cash for a car. i could have, but at the time I could invest the money for a better rate of return than the current interest rate on the loan. Made perfect sense to me - and I still always said I own my car, just like my house.

This is evident when you realize that the bank has no control over the car, other than what you agreed to when you gave up a lien (such as a requirement to keep full coverage insurance).
If I sue you and win, and you don't pay me, I can get a lien put on your mortgage. That doesn't mean I own the house... it means the property can't be transferred until you satisfy your debt with me.
