I am sure there are spoiled individuals out there who had their cars bought for them by their parents. But do not stereotype all of us in that manner. There are those of us who are smart, work hard, and invest smart. This allows us to purchase what we desire.
I turned 22 just this past May, bought the car last september... without help from mom and dad, I workd 85 hours a week last summer on average, to save up enough for the car, and it was worth every minute of it. To that end, i know many younger and older people who aren't so lucky as me, and any other Z driver young and old. And reguardless of how we came into having this car, i think as enthusiasts we can all appreciate the car in all its glory, and the thrills that come with it

I am 32.

What do you guys who are 20yrs old do for a living? I certainly could not afford a car like a 350Z when I was 20. Mind you, a 350Z is around $50K CDN (MSRP) compared to $30K in the States.

yeh thats it as well over here ScottyR..

a 6MT Touring is AUS$59,990rrp (US$44,000) and 6MT Track is AUS$65,990 (US$48,000) rrp over here as well, not taking into account another 6.5% Stamp Duty as well.. add $2000 for auto, around $4K for stamp duty, $300 for rego, $2000 dealer delivery and it all adds up to a lot of cashola...

not all dealers are that tightfisted though.. i got my 6MT Track for about $65K, so they covered the stamp/rego etc
