Default low tire pressure?

Before i start i want to say that i did the search but did not find a solution. When i started the car on this cool afternoon one of the tires pressure was at 28 psi. The others were at 29. The psi light started blinking and the warning light came on. After driving for 10 to 15 mintues all the tires were up to 31 psi but the warning light did not go off nor did the psi light stop blinking. How do i reset the warning light and stop the psi from blinking? Do i have to fill more air in the tires even though the pressure went up to 31 psi? I restarted the car while the tire pressure was at 31 psi but the lights did not go away..what to do?

I had 27psi in one of my tires and the Tire pressure warning system went off. I put in about 35psi, started the car drove about a mile the light was still on.. so I shut her off, restarted and it was gone.
