The Grandfather of the Z
Several weeks ago, a local Nissan dealership had a Z car show. There were a lot of Zs there, but about 2 hours into it, this car shows up:
Its a 1960 Fairlady. The first Fairlady model to be imported to the US. The owner said that only about 300 were ever imported.
1.2 liter 4 cyl engine (its so cute!)
With a very spartan interior
And here it is compared to the latest fairlady incarnation (My CS track model)
Just to show off a little, the best picture I have taken of my Z yet (My photography skills suck, so for me this is really good).
Enjoy this little bit of history.
