Whos at work now?
I find myself leaning more away from work every day and being sucked back into the forums...i work as a salesman in the VA/MD/DC area i sell mattress's and carpets for the summer during the rest of the year i go to school...but i find myself being sucked into the forums and not trying to sell as much as i used to leaving it up to my fellow salesman to handle...even though i get a 6% commission off what i sell, and carpets can be pretty expensive especially once you start getting how many sq/ft a customer needs but anywayz is anyone else finding themselves to be on this site instead of working like they should be??

ah work sucks business is soo slow...we barely get customers, but when we do we make sales over 3000 dollars, you'd be suprised how much carpet people buy, i just sold 1078 sq/ft of carpet after my lunch break, charged like a 1.66 sq/ft so it came out to be a good 2000 with installation and padding, pretty good and i get comission off that too yeah i am the boss of my store, my boss is over at another location...its funny though u find people sucked into forums/hobbies when they should work

Hey Ben,
I'm a network engineer, so I'm sitting behind a computer most of the day anyway. I have my company laptop, and I have my personal laptop. Guess what my personal laptop is doing most of the day (and no, the answer is not '****')
Hope you make it out to the meet tonight. I'm going to bust out of here in about 30 minutes so I can wash the car before I head down to Evolution!

i work at a mtg company and am on a computer most of the day for the rest im in front of a copier. i usually look at the site while working (stapling, sorting, and punching holes) so it doesnt interfere with my work load but definitely makes it more tolerable. i only get on at work too at home i only have dial up which is unbearable while the company network rocks.
