Default How AudioPat REALLY got his Z

I don't know about you guys/gals, but I was a bit suspicious how our beloved Pat was able to get his Z, in the midst of a Port lockout here in So Cal. I mean, we had over 200 ships anchored off the coast, and I know Pat's Z was out there floating on one of them. But no sooner then a 'back-to-work' agreement is reached, and just like that, Pat is showing off pictures of himself and his Z.

It just didn't make sense to me.

So I did some investigating.

We all know that Pat is 'connected' with the Hollywood scene. He qualifies as having 'friends in high places'. Even before most of us had seen a Z in person, Pat is borrowing Jay Leno's loaner Z for spins between show tapings.

(I'm sure most of you have read the Jay Leno has a Z , as this thread has been the most viewed thread EVER in the General Forum since the inception of this site - over 12,000 views).

So maybe Jay Leno played a part in helping Pat get his Z.

We also learned that Pat is a spy, and has a vast knowledge of navigating the oceans. This we found out about in the Attention Scarfman! thread. Not one of the most popular threads ever, but worth a laugh or two I think

Well, my investigating found that it was a combination of these two factors.

Earlier this week, Jay Leno was having a party on his yacht, which resides in a slip in Newport Beach, CA. While Jay and the rest of his Tonight Show crew were toasting the previous weeks Nielsen ratings, the radio announced that the longshoremen union and the port representatives had reached a short term agreement to go back to work. This was Pat's cue to initiate his plan.

Pat excused himself from the conversation, and lowered himself into a dingy attached to the side of the yacht. He then, well..... I think this picture pretty much sums up what happened next.

Default Fine Detective Work

I must say Scaf , you have once again risen to you're reputation as a most excellent and accomplished detective.

The truth revealed. As evidenced by the deafening silence of Audiopat 007.....

omg that pic is too funny

Just got back from a bday party. One of my roommates got a speeding ticket on the way. His second in 3 weeks. I guess thats what he gets for having a loud *** exhaust. He's lucky he didn't get another ticket for db level of his exhaust (got a ticket for that when he got the last speeding ticket).

Cool

OK..time to set the record straight...

First of all Jay Leno does not have a yacht..too many cars and a jet bike yes but nothing that floats..I don't even think he likes the ocean..when I asked him once why we never took the show to Hawaii, he commented "There's nothing to do there...it's like being on a Ritz Cracker in the middle of the ocean!" Go figure.

Secondly, being connected in Hollywood does not get you friends in high places...low places for sure but nothing above snake level I assure you

Now about those photos..clearly, the man in the boat is not me..look closely...see any diapers...I thought not...in addition, I would never tow my Z without the tow hook firmly in place as instructed in my owners manual. Really Scaf..you must think the members of this site are all idiots to think they would buy a story like that.

Now..for those of you that think they can handle the truth..I'd be happy to let you in on my secret..but it won't come cheap..I think 50,000 points is about right for the "Secret To Getting Your Z off The Ports"

Any Tankers..I mean takers

You want my points?

I think you might be connected like Jonny Fontaine in The Godfather and you had Robert Duval go out the your dealer and "Make him an offer he couldn't refuse"

Am I right?
