Hin Philadelphia........
I felt as though we were wrongfully represented. Although there were some nice 350z, with a veilside 350z, along with a couple vortech supercharged and TTed 350z, but damn there was about only 5 or 6. The S2k forum all rode out, I would love to see something like that for the 350z community. Anyone down for the next show or whatever show?????????????????? Keep in mind, most of the S2k were stock with like an intake and exhaust w/ the stock lips, so I think all stock 350z would be welcomed.

I went to both the hin in philly and the sema ac show. I must say the ac sema wasn't as big as the hin but had drifting/xcross, which was pretty cool. The hin philly show is more of a rave than anything else.... I asked about bringing my car out there and they said no becasue it didn't have wheels and body kit. I was puzzeld when I saw 40 s2000's sitting around most bone stock. I would attend the ac show again but probally not the philly. If anyone finds out how to get some z's as a group for the upcomming ac hin show like this Hondas did let me know.

FYI... if you register early, you can get your car in even if it doesn't have a lot of mods. This is probably what the S2000 crowd did. After a certain deadline, you have to submit a special request to the event organizers to get approved for entry. I think that deadline is determined when they reach a certain capacity... effectively leaving spots open for really modded / nicely done cars to get in late. I had to go through that process for HIN-Charlotte
My biggest beef with the event is that they roll the local entries into the same categories with the corporate sponsored cars for the car show instead of creating two separate classes. That's a load of crap... who here, even with a nice budget, can compete with corporations who have $100,000s to dump into their "Corporate show car"??? If I had that kind of money, I'd be busy driving around in a nice Ferrari 360 Spyder and not wasting my time going to HIN!
That said, the rest of the show was pretty cool. I mainly went for the models and to talk cars so I wasn't too upset about the car show stuff. I'd definitely check it out if you can.
