The racial comment is not acceptable here. Believe it or not but this country is a mix of races and therefore this forum is composed of a mix of races.

I agree. Keep the racist comments to yourself. Nobody wants to hear how ignorant you are.

Haha. I live in Southern Cali, land of the many peoples. I'm ASIAN too.

It is not a point of ignorance, it is simply a point of common truth. You'd be suprised how ignorant YOU are when it comes to knowledge about the reality concerning issues of our idiotic government and large corporations. But this is a simple car enthusiast forum, so there's no need to bring that into it. I keep my stand.

Thanks man. I have plenty to keep me busy. I just hope that my insurance company can get the ball rolling quickly so I can get back into my Z.

Benj, if you don't mind me asking who's your insurance company?

If its allstate or farmers you'll be just fine, unfortunately my company doesn't service your state yet, but I know we are up among the top companies when it comes to claims process and paying out (at least in California).

HEHEHEHE Benj, State Farm is not bad at all. Just don't let them drag their feet they tend to do that with some insureds.

From your first post though, you seem to have all the bases covered, I would say make sure to have the lady's info (ie full name, best contact number, and a detail description from her of what happen-if she didn't give statement on your report) that tracked down the guy that hit you. I'm sure you have a police report that states he was drinking, had an open alcohol containers in his automobile, and worse of all for him (if not drinking) fleeing the scene of accident (I'm sure the guy doesn't know thats a felony).

I would not be surprised if your vehicle is at body shop being worked on say Wednesday, unless you have a special body shop you want to take your Z. Keep us updated though on what happens, I want to know how your state will treat this fellow. Oh yeah one more thing, you really should go to the doctor and advise him of what happen and make sure to put that in your report with State Farm.

State Farm has open and shut case, you'll be just fine.

DragonGcoupe, your response to the aforementioned statements regarding your racist comments clearly displays your ignorance of not only racial but political issues as well. If you don't like the government or the country you live in than take your racist *** somewhere else. One individual does not represent his entire race, or culture for that matter, as a whole. If that were true than all asians would be ignorant racist bastards like you.

I agree with cbduece, those racist remarks are not appreciated. Please grow up. I'm sure you'd be offended if someone began throwing asian stereotypes and racial slurs at you.

Sh*t happens. Stereotypes shouldn't bug you.. Unless you know they apply to you. I mean if all Asians were bad drivers, maybe I'd of totalled my G by now huh?

OK EVERYONE LET'S VOTE FOR BUSH! HE'S SO COOL!

Get a copy of the LA Times from Sunday and read Michael Moore's editorial. 'The Patriot's Act'.

Huh? What does all this have to do with you being a racist jacka$$? You should have kept your ethnicity to yourself; now you're an embarassment to all the Asians on this board.

Since you brought it up, Michael Moore is an a$$clown too.

BENJ! Glad you guys are okay!

I feel your pain! I got rear-ended back in April...My Z was only 4 months old. This teenager was on a date and was paying attention to his lady not the road and smacked into me! This dude was so scared he didn't even want to get out of the car and look at what he did! So as I yelled at him and demanded him to ge out his car and look at the damage, his date sank into her seat and covered her face. Anyway, I was so pissed I made him write all his info and copy my info while I scolded/lectured him...you should see his writing...he was shaking as he wrote!

Make sure you go to a good shop if your damage is repairable. The shop AAA sent me to was supposed to be one of the best in San Francisco...I had to bring it back 3 times before they got it right!!!!

Good luck!
