Default Sony Ericcson T610 Car Mount

I just changed out my Samsung Hands-Free Car Kit since I got a new cell phone, the Sony Ericcson T610. I used the same gooseneck mount for the holder, and am currently running the charge cable back to the outlet behind/between the seats.

I bought this phone primarily because of the cost: If you buy from Amazon.com and set-up new service with T-Mobile, you get then phone and $250 in rebates (phone costs $125 when you buy it). Secondary reason was the Bluetooth feature, so I can use a Jabra headset both in and out of the vehicle, along with syncing with my Palm T3.

If you live in Orange County, Reza at Orange County Carphone and Paging on Bristol in Costa Mesa cann set you up with about whatever you need to mount a cell phone, be it this one or some other.

I like the mount not only because of the flexible gooseneck, but because the phone holder is mounted on a ball/joint, so it also an be easily adjusted.

Doesn't that mount interfere with the passenger's left leg? I know I taped the Escort smart cord button to the side of the center console, and that is kinda in the way. From the pic it looks like the passenger would be bumping into that.

True, but notsomuch with the charger attached. Plus, I like the display facing me, and it is easier to punch a number in.

Hi Mark. Same place I mentioned in first post. He is on Bristol, just south of 405, south of Baker. Tel# (7*4) 957-5777. He has these goosenecks in a few different lengths. Mine is 13". I bought the gooseneck there about a year ago, and it was funny, that when I went in this weekend to get the new phone mount, he remembered me and the Z.

What's a 'passenger'?

Seriously though, it really doesn't. I know the pic makes it look like it is way out in the passenger compartment, but it isn't. You'd have to try to bump into it to, well, bump into it.

Not yet, maybe later. Even with the BT kit, I think I will still want the phone on the stand, just so the display is visible and keypad is available.
