Default New York State Lemon Law!!!!!!!!!!

Correct me if I'm wrong.....
if i have to bring the car back for a total of 3 times or more
b/c the problem cannot be fixed and its the fault of
the manufacture(ie Nissan)
ie....."Tire Feathering" Tire Growling
from 40mph to 5mph..
which everyone that has
a 350Z will encounter.......

I'm entitled my money back.......

supposedly Nissan's lawyers dont like to settle right away...
I started my case approx. 6 months ago... still waiting...

Hmmm if you consider tire feathering to be a lemon, then there are alot of Z's that are lemons out there. Have you tried going to a different dealership to get it fixed?

if you're serious - find a lemon law lawyer and speak with him...
he will tell you right away if you have a case or not...
in my eyes - you dont - but what do I know...

Have to disagree here. I filed my Lemon Law case with NYS in early January and by March I had a check in my hands. Nissan decided to settle with me right before my arbitration hearing.
My car had been in for service more than 25 times over the course of a year and a half (two transmissions, rear axle clicking, bad window motors......and the list goes on and on).

Granted, my case was not about feathering but I found Nissan to be very cooperative. So much so that I bought another Z. This one is perfect so far (knock on wood)

Oh and by the way I did not go with a lawyer. I filed all the paperwork myself. However, I would get one if your filing the lemon law for tire feathering. It's not as clear cut and would seem quite a bit more complicated than mine.
