Mine are on order from R&D, same exact ones as on the Top Secret Z
$2465 from them; very good price if you ask me. They prolly won't be here until December though 
although my car won't be showing up until early Nov. anyway

Sorry guys I was all flustered and wanted to look at the Mine's Z33, and forgot to include the necessary info--
R&D is R&D Motorsports. Vic posted the right link. I ordered 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 rims. They told me the wheels apparently aren't out yet, but they expect them in by Christmastime. $2465 was the price I was quoted before shipping for all 4 wheels. I would expect that the 18" version are about $500-550 a wheel.
The wheels on the R34 and Z33 are not the same; on the R34 is Top Secret's Limited Edition 18x10 TE37. They're more a gold color than the bronze TE37s on the Z33.
