OK, found another conflict in a local search.

This is from page 154 of 2004 Nissan service Manual, section "SERVICE DATA AND SPECIFICATIONS (SDS)"
I'm about to go out and buy a torque wrench, so can somebody explain this to me in "for idiots" terms. I'm guessing that I have to set the wrench to 36 ft/lbs and then wait untill it "clicks" 6 times.

KJR corrected the error quickly (do a search on this site) to 36 ft/lbs PLUS 6 DEGREES, which equates to about 100/110 ft/lbs on the crank bolt. I suggest you make double sure the pulley is properly fitted to the key way, use a little anti-seize there, and torque to proper spec.
